I’m happy to keep chuggin’ on the pumpkin recipe train with some healthy pumpkin spice donuts! If you missed my pumpkin cold foam cold brew last week, definitely go back for that one too. Because these two recipes are pumpkin perfection and even better as a pair. This recipe is doughy pumpkin heaven with a sweet vanilla glaze to top it all off. If you’re ready to get into the fall spirit with me, you’re in the right place. 😉
Healthy Pumpkin Spice Donuts Recipe
These donuts are easy to make and great for breakfast, a snack, or a treat throughout the day. They’re gluten-free and dairy-free too, making them a great option if you have allergies or intolerances. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have!
Let’s get into the recipe. 🙂
But before we do… Don’t miss out on 15% off your first nutpods purchase (with code vitalityvixens)! You can get the pumpkin nutpods that are used in this recipe (as well as my pumpkin cold brew) or anything else on their site. I drink these babies every day and the way they’ve livened up my coffee game (+ recipe game) is unmatched.

- Pour the mixture evenly into each section of your donut pan.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until a toothpick (or reusable baking tester) comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool for 5 minutes in the pan then pop them out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Mix the glaze ingredients (powdered sugar, vanilla, nutpods) together until smooth in a small bowl. Pour glaze evenly onto cooled donuts. Top with sprinkles/cinnamon if desired!
