Mary & I have been seeing Paragon Fitwear pop up all over the place lately. So of course, I decided to look deeper into it. When you go to their website, you see a lot of neutral colors, soft-looking fabrics, and seemingly comfortable activewear. Plenty of crop tops (comfy-looking tees and hoodies included), loose-fitting shorts, sports bras, leggings, and training shorts. We wanted to try out a few of these gorgeous-looking pieces to see if they’re really all they’re cracked up to be. Are they actually as comfortable as the pictures look? How’s the fit (true to size, or size up or down)? How do these pieces compare to popular brands like Gymshark, NVGTN, AYBL, etc? Is it worth the price? We’ll get into all that *and more* in this Paragon Fitwear Review.

When trying out a new brand, I like to do some digging into their website first. One of the first things that caught my eye on the home page was that their clothes are ethically made and have a “good mood guarantee.” I was happy to see that the brand focuses on ethically made clothing. But also thought, what the heck is a good mood guarantee?
So I looked into it.
Paragon states that if you have any issue at all with their products, you can get in contact with their support team, and they’ll find a solution. I’ve never actually returned anything at this point, so I’m not entirely sure what solution they’ll find. But it seems like they put their customers first and want to make sure any potential issues are resolved.
Paragon is also a small business, that donates 1% of their profits to high-impact causes. One organization they helped with that contribution is Seven Clean Seas, an ocean cleanup organization based in Singapore, that helps stop plastic from polluting the ocean.
Paragon is also carbon-neutral, audits its suppliers and factories to be in line with BSCI standards, and vows to keep prices fair while still having high-quality products. (source)
Overall, I’m really impressed with Paragon’s values that they preach on their website. They seem to be a truly high-quality business that you can feel good about purchasing from.
What You Came For… The Clothes
When my package from Paragon came in the mail, I was so excited to dive into my new activewear pieces! I bought a couple of crop tops, a sports bra, and a pair of shorts:
The first thing I noticed about the pieces was how gorgeous the colors were. There are a lot of neutrals to choose from on the website, but they also have cute brighter colors as well. One of the crop tops I bought (the naked crop top) was in the color “brick”, which is a super pretty and flattering red.
I also bought a sports bra & shorts set in the color “rosehip”, which is a shade of taupe. The set included the naked lounge shorts and essential sports bra.
The last top I bought (on clearance for $12!) was moonlight blue. It’s a slightly darker shade of blue-gray color, that I love. It’s called the short sleeve scoop neck crop top.
A Breakdown of the clothes:
- Comfort level: All 4 pieces were a really comfy, thin, *almost* buttery soft material. Comfortable to wear to the gym, out and about, or to lounge around the house.
- Sizing: I bought a small in the tops & sports bra, and a medium in the shorts. I’m typically between a small and medium in tops, and almost always a medium in bottoms. You can see my sizing in our fit guide here, to get a better idea of how it’ll fit on you. The shorts were a little baggy, so I’d say size down if you’re in between sizes. The tops were all pretty tight and form-fitting, so it depends on how you like your clothes to fit. I bought a size small (typically between a small or a medium) and I liked how the tops fit me.
- Price point: Everything I bought was between $30-$40 (besides the clearance top that I got for $12.) I’d say for the high-quality material and brand, this is a good price point. Compared to brands like Gymshark and NVGTN, that’s pretty par for the course.
Mary bought a few pieces in addition to what I bought, including:
- Naked Essential Crop Tee
- Naked Square Neck Bra
- Naked Highline Crossback Bra
- Naked Crop Hoodie
- Cutout Long Line Bra

In the video, you can see how the clothes fit, what the color looks like IRL (vs. what you see on the website), and how the pieces look on regular people (not models lol).
Final Thoughts
Overall, I absolutely love this brand. Their clothes are comfortable, super cute, and flattering on the body. I’m excited to wear them to the gym, as well as out and about (because that’s how dang cute they are.)
Before writing this blog and posting our YouTube review, Mary & I both purchased these pieces on our own, completely unsponsored/unaffiliated with Paragon. However, after posting the video review, Paragon reached out and gave us a 10% off discount code to share with y’all! We, of course, said YES based on how much we loved these pieces and the brand overall.
If you want to get 10% off your order, use our code VITALITY. You can check out Paragon’s website here. We hope you love these clothes as much as we do!
If you have any questions that I didn’t cover in the review, drop them in the comments!
