Ever since Jer got me an espresso machine for my birthday, I’ve been making iced lattes nonstop. Seriously, I don’t even remember to eat or go to work anymore, all I do is make iced lattes all day. Which is why I wanted to switch up my daily iced latte recipe for a new iced honey vanilla latte!
Iced (Vegan) Honey Vanilla Latte Recipe
This is a super easy latte recipe and can be whipped up in a couple of minutes. Which makes it ideal in the morning before work! I’ve been making this literally every day though, so even if it took longer to make, I think I would find a way. 😉
This is a perfect dairy-free iced latte with just a hint of sweetness from the honey and vanilla. If you like your coffee sweeter, you can add more honey to your desired sweetness.
I love this recipe because it’s a little sweet, but not overwhelming by any means. So I don’t get sick of it drinking it every day!

Making Espresso at Home
To make an iced latte, you’ll need an espresso machine and coffee grinder. (If you don’t have these or aren’t interested in buying one, you can brew really strong regular coffee instead. Just make sure you are only using 2-4 oz, or it will just turn into a regular cup of coffee!)
The espresso machine I have is extremely affordable, compared to the regular $200+ ones you normally see. It’s the Sowtech espresso machine (on Amazon), and it has worked wonders for me.
It makes such great espresso and it pays for itself in a couple weeks if you normally buy your lattes from coffee shops.
I also make sure to grind my espresso at home, because having whole bean espresso helps it to keep its flavor & freshness much longer! You’ll want to use a coffee grinder and grind your beans on the finest setting.
You can also buy pre-ground espresso if you don’t want to grind your beans at home. It will still taste good, it just won’t be as fresh that way.
I love making lattes at home and will never go back, after having the convenience of doing it on my own. I love that I can make an iced latte whenever I want, without having to worry about putting on pants *eye roll* and going out to a coffee shop.
It’s so convenient and saves a lot of money in the long run!
Iced Honey Vanilla Latte Ingredients
8 oz unsweetened Vanilla almond milk
1 fl oz NutPod Creamer (Original Flavor)
1 tbsp honey (2 tbsp if you like it sweet!)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Double shot espresso (I love Starbucks Blonde Espresso!)
Ice
Directions
1. Grind your espresso. Fill your espresso machine with 2 oz of water and pull your double shot of espresso.
2. Add the honey and vanilla extract to the bottom of your cup. As soon as the shots are done pulling, pour them into the cup and swirl it around to blend it with the honey & vanilla.
3. Pour in the almond milk and NutPod creamer.
4. Mix it up with a straw or spoon and add ice to the top of the cup. Voila! You have a delicious iced honey vanilla latte to enjoy.
I hope you guys love this recipe as much as I do! 🙂

I mean I basically forget about my coffee and drink it cold anyways so iced might be my best solution! This honestly sounds SO good though!!! Will be trying it.

Yesss girl cold is the way to go! Otherwise you have to chug your hot coffee in like 2 minutes when it’s at the perfect temp. Too much work lmao
