Hi friends! I’m back today with another easy as pie (see what I did there?) vegan smoothie recipe! This baby is packed with vegan protein and has all the fall vibes/flavors. I’ve been drinking this pumpkin pie smoothie on repeat lately and my obsession is still going strong. Try it out for yourself and you’ll see what I mean!

My Vegan Protein Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
I’ve been using Orgain vegan protein for years now and it’s still, in my opinion, the best on the market. I like the taste of whey protein, but it does not sit well with my stomach. It makes me feel crampy every time I drink whey – and ain’t nobody got time for that.
I switched to vegan protein a few years ago and will never go back. If you’re on the hunt for a vegan protein powder to try (that’s not chalky/flavorless) – you need to give this a try!
You can get Orgain’s vegan protein powder for 30% off when you use code VITALITY. Or anything else you want to try out from them!
It’s perfect in smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, or on its own / mixed with almond milk. I love to drink it post-workout for recovery, or just add it into foods/drinks throughout the day to make sure I’m getting enough protein.
Now that I’m done obsessing over this protein… On to the recipe!
Ingredients You’ll Need
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop Orgain vegan vanilla protein powder
- optional: 1-2 tbsp almond butter (for healthy fats & to stay full longer)
- optional: graham cracker crumbles (or granola) on top!
Pro tip: If you want your smoothie a little thicker (or smoothie bowl consistency), add in another frozen banana, some other frozen fruit, or some ice cubes! I like mine a more liquid consistency so I can slurp it through a straw. But this baby is easily customizable to your preferences!

Okay – this smoothie has me seriously drooling. I’m so all in on it. Healthy pumpkin pie for breakfast. Yes!!!
In all honesty, it would be more of a lunch since I’m a horrible breakfast eater but the intention would be there!
Nothing exciting planned this week! Hopefully get outside while the rain is holding off!! Hope you ladies have a lovely week!
Erin Notz says
Thank you, Samantha!! As long as the intention is there for breakfast, that’s what really matters 😉 Back atcha!!
