Guys… I’m back at it again with the pumpkin coffee drinks! 🎃 I can’t stop… This is my life now. It’s not my fault that pumpkin and coffee go perfectly together. Today I’m sharing the (easy to make) iced pumpkin white mocha with oat milk! The version I made isn’t completely dairy-free (because of the white chocolate chips), but you can use non-dairy white chocolate chips and coconut milk whip to make this baby completely free from dairy.
The ingredients are simple and this can easily be made without an espresso machine (just use about half a cup of STRONG brewed coffee).
PS: If you’re looking for a different type of tasty fall beverage (one more on the adult side 😉)… You MUST try out this bourbon sour from Signed, Samantha! I will definitely be whipping one of these bad boys up over the weekend.
Pumpkin White Chocolate Mocha with Oat Milk (Hot & Iced Versions)
Here’s what you’ll need to make the pumpkin white chocolate mocha! These are all simple ingredients you can buy from the grocery store (or order on Amazon like me if you don’t want to leave your house ;)).
This drink takes under 5 minutes to whip up and is SO much cheaper than going to Starbucks.
I definitely wouldn’t say this is a “healthy” coffee drink. If you want something a little healthier, try out my everyday iced coffee or iced latte recipe (both sugar-free & dairy-free).
But if you’re in the mood to treat yo’self (which if you’re reading this post, I’m guessing you are ;))… Then you will love this easy pumpkin white mocha recipe!
It’s perfect for fall, so make one of these, wrap up in a cozy blanket and sweatshirt, and go snuggle up on the couch with your pumpkin white mocha!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (do a little less if you don’t like things very sweet) *note: use non-dairy chips to make this completely dairy-free)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup oat milk (I used Califia Farms)
- 1 oz nutpods creamer (use code vitalityvixens for 15% off their entire site!)

- (optional) whipped cream *use non-dairy whip to make this completely dairy-free* & pumpkin pie spice for topping!

I’m super game for a hot one of these treats. I don’t drink coffee though, can I make it a pure hot chocolate? Or I wonder if chai tea would be good with it?
Also when it’s winter will you switch to egg nogg? I can’t wait for those recipes!
Erin Notz says
You could definitely make it into a hot chocolate! I was actually going to whip up a pumpkin white hot chocolate recipe next, so stay tuned for that – it will probably be more up your alley! 🙂 You can definitely mix the pumpkin with chai, but I’m not sure how the white chocolate would taste… You could give it a shot & let me know though!
