I’m a sucker for the vanilla sweet cream cold brew at Starbucks, but don’t always want to spend $5 on a coffee that’ll be gone in 5 minutes. I may drink my iced coffees a little too fast for my own good… So I decided to create a healthier version of this sweet treat to make at home! I bring you… My healthy vanilla cold foam cold brew recipe (dairy-free + sugar-free options)!
Healthy Vanilla Cold Foam Cold Brew Recipe
This healthy vanilla cold foam cold brew is the absolute perfect recipe for a hot summer day. I’ve been drinking it nonstop since I got my milk frother and don’t plan on switching things up anytime soon.
I use this milk frother. It does both hot foam (for cappuccinos, lattes, etc.) and cold foam which is super nice! It’s on sale right now (at the time of writing this) so I had to buy it! I’d been wanting a milk steamer/frother combo for a while now, so I was excited to finally purchase this.
I decided to come up with both a dairy-free version and a sugar-free version to work with different people’s preferences. I love both and have been switching off between the two, depending on my mood & cravings.
The ingredients you’ll need are simple and can be used in other various coffee drinks as well!
