Hey there! My name is Mary and I am a co-author for Vitality Vixens!! I wish I lived in a predominantly sunny and warm place, like Erin does, but for now I live in Springfield, Illinois, where the weather is moderate to lovely…We are currently going through the spring season, which usually entails a lot of rain with cooler-warm temps, but still a threat for snow. Yeah you heard me…SNOW. Nothing screams spring like a late snowfall. With that out of the way, I\u2019m a Respiratory Therapist at a local hospital. My schedules wacky because I work night shift, and surprisingly enough, I love it!!! I\u2019m also a fitness guru, but nothing advanced. I have only been consistently working out for about a year. I dabble with the thoughts of doing bodybuilding, but honestly not sure if I\u2019m ballsy enough for such a commitment. So, to no surprise after reading that last statement, you will be seeing a lot of my fitness journey, such as what has gone well, my failures (which is my favorite category because a lot of shit happens to me that is unreal lmao), and helpful tips and tricks. I may leave the recipes up to Erin because my food is makeshift. I\u2019m just learning how to spice up my life with different food combos\/meals. I also love being outside, playing most any sports, but especially pickleball and soccer. Yeah, I know…what\u2019s pickleball….I\u2019ll def have to explain another day for ya.
