I heard a YouTuber mention having oatmeal bars the other day and I knew I <em>needed<\/em> to whip up a new recipe. You can&#8217;t really go wrong with Nutella, so I came up with this delish Nutella baked oatmeal bars recipe! Any excuse to have chocolate in the morning &#8211; I&#8217;ll take it. And this one just so happens to be chock full of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s also full of nutritious foods like oatmeal, bananas, berries (on top), and sweetened with only honey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can make this recipe in 30 minutes or less and have it ready for the whole week of breakfasts. I saved these in the fridge for the entire week and they kept really well. Just throw in the oven for ~5 minutes in the morning, and you&#8217;ll have a chocolatey warm breakfast!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve also eaten these as a healthy dessert a few times throughout the week when my post-dinner sweet tooth kicks in. Grease an 8&#215;8 baking dish and set it aside. In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients until thoroughly combined. Pour into the baking dish and gently press down with a spoon until even. Bake in the oven for 22 minutes, or until slightly browned and no wet spots remain.
