Especially one that leaves you feeling satisfied, energized, and ready to take on the day. I love all pancakes, and there&#8217;s room for traditional pancakes <em>(or icing-doused Cinnastack pancakes from IHOP&#8230;)<\/em> in any balanced diet. No one has time for a complicated pancake recipe that&#8217;s going to take up an hour of <em>your already hectic morning<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Simplicity<\/strong> is one of the main things I look for when finding recipes. So my own recipes are always as quick and easy as possible. That way, we get you and your loved ones fed, and out the door ASAP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, I&#8217;ll be adding an (optional) 6th ingredient&#8230; Can you guess what it is&#8230;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obviously, it&#8217;s chocolate chips! If you&#8217;re not a chocolate lover, you can easily leave these out. But I can&#8217;t make <em>any<\/em> baked goods without throwing in some chocolate chips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The gooey melty chocolate chips are the best part, in my opinion, and make any baked good a 10\/10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, let&#8217;s brew some coffee and get into the recipe&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pair these cakes with:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/vitality-vixens.com\/index.php\/2021\/09\/02\/pumpkin-cold-foam-cold-brew-dairy-free\/\">Pumpkin Cold Foam Cold Brew (Dairy-Free)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Easy Healthy Pancakes Recipe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For these healthy pancakes, you&#8217;ll need the following ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bananas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vanilla extract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optional: chocolate chips (I love the <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4dAtAGv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips<\/a> for their simple ingredients)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;d also recommend toppings such as berries, nut butter (<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3UAC4EE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Justin&#8217;s maple almond butter<\/a> is the BEST), and maple syrup or honey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These will only take about 5 minutes to prep and 10 minutes to cook. If you have a pancake skillet, it&#8217;ll go even faster. I just have a measly fry pan, so I have to do the pancakes individually (or in pairs for smaller cakes.)<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-6685\" If you desire, add dark chocolate chips to the pancakes, and use a spoon to cover each with a bit of batter until fully encased (this will help to prevent the chocolate getting overcooked or falling out of the pancake when flipped.)<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6685-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Cook until slightly browned on the bottom, flip, and cook until this side is slightly browned as well. (If you want to keep your pancakes warm while the rest cook, place them in a warm oven on a foiled baking sheet.)<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6685-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Top with whatever toppings you want! I like melted peanut butter, berries, and maple syrup.
