Equipment

  • Espresso machine or coffee maker

Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1/2 cup oat milk you can substitute with your milk preference
  • 1/2 cup Nutpods Holiday Nog if you buy from their site, you can use code VITALITYVIXENS for 15% off
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • dairy-free whipped cream optional

Instructions

  • Pull your double shot of espresso (if you don’t have an espresso machine, sub 1/2 cup of STRONG coffee). Steam (or heat on the stove/microwave until hot, but not boiling) Nutpods Holiday Nog, oat milk, and vanilla extract. Pour the espresso shots and heated up milk mixture into a mug. Stir to combine. Add in honey or sweetener of your choice if you like sweeter coffee/lattes.
  • Optional: top with dairy-free whipped cream & cinnamon!
