Vanilla Glaze:

Instructions
Preheat to 400 F.
Grease a donut pan (I used coconut oil spray). Add dry ingredients (gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt) to a plate/small bowl. In a medium bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients (sugar/honey, eggs, vanilla, nutpods, almond milk). Fold in sprinkles.
Pour the mixture evenly into each section of your donut pan.
Bake for 10-14 minutes, or until a toothpick (or reusable baking tester) comes out clean.
Allow the donuts to cool for 5 minutes in the pan then pop them out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
Mix the glaze ingredients (powdered sugar, vanilla, nutpods) together until smooth in a small bowl. Pour glaze evenly onto cooled donuts. Top with sprinkles if desired!
