Chocolate Covered Strawberry Overnight Oats

Easy overnight oats with a sweet kick!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats (I used old-fashioned)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or your milk preference)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Orgain vegan)
  • 5-6 frozen strawberries (or fresh if you have them)

Morning Toppings

  • 1/4 cup granola
  • chocolate chips (amount is your preference)
  • 1 tbsp Nutella (or as much as you want)

Instructions

  • Mix together the oats, almond milk, protein powder, and frozen strawberries in an air tight container
  • Place in fridge overnight
  • The next morning: remove oats from the fridge, mix with a spoon, and add on morning toppings. Plus whatever other toppings you like!
