Ingredients

Donuts

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup pumpkin nutpods use code “vitalityvixens for 15% off
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

Glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin nutpods use code “vitalityvixens" for 15% off

Instructions

  • Preheat to 400 F.
  • Grease a donut pan (I used coconut oil spray). Add dry ingredients (gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon) to a small bowl. In a mixer, combine the wet ingredients (maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, nutpods, pumpkin puree). Slowly add the dry ingredients with the mixer on low speed.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into each section of your donut pan.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until a toothpick (or reusable baking tester) comes out clean.
  • Allow the donuts to cool for 5 minutes in the pan then pop them out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
  • Mix the glaze ingredients (powdered sugar, vanilla, nutpods) together until smooth in a small bowl. Pour glaze evenly onto cooled donuts. Top with sprinkles/cinnamon if desired!
