Instructions
Preheat to 400 F.
Grease a donut pan (I used coconut oil spray). Add dry ingredients (gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon) to a small bowl. In a mixer, combine the wet ingredients (maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, nutpods, pumpkin puree). Slowly add the dry ingredients with the mixer on low speed.
Pour the mixture evenly into each section of your donut pan.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until a toothpick (or reusable baking tester) comes out clean.
Allow the donuts to cool for 5 minutes in the pan then pop them out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
Mix the glaze ingredients (powdered sugar, vanilla, nutpods) together until smooth in a small bowl. Pour glaze evenly onto cooled donuts. Top with sprinkles/cinnamon if desired!
