Blueberry Nutella Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tbsp Nutella (or use more if you like!)
  • butter to line the pan

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Mix together oats, almond milk, honey, protein, and blueberries in a medium bowl.
  • Line a 7x11 pan (or 8x8/9x9, just change baking time accordingly) with butter. Pour in the mixture.
  • Top with Nutella. Put the pan into the preheated oven and let cook for 35-45 minutes, or until no wet spots show in the baked oatmeal.
  • Voila! Top with more Nutella to your liking and serve with a big cup of coffee.
