Guys… This pumpkin white hot chocolate is like curling up with a good book, with a sweatshirt & cozy blanket, as the autumn leaves fall down outside in the 50-degree cloudy weather. (In hot chocolate form ;)).
Speaking of books, if you’re in need of a new read – check out our October book club pick!
I’m usually a milk or dark chocolate kinda gal, but when I’m whipping up pumpkin recipes – you know I gotta go with the white chocolate. It’s a match made in heaven and you really can’t go wrong with this combo. It also screams fall, which I need as much as possible right now since the weather in Florida is still 80 degrees every day…
If you liked my pumpkin white chocolate mocha recipe (or if you’re not a coffee fan and hated it), you’ll love this dairy-free pumpkin white hot chocolate recipe.

What a great healthy version of this drink. This turned out so tasty and I’ll definitely be making it again.

Okay, YUM. I’m not a coffee drinker but this is totally something I could get on board with. I’m usually not a white chocolate person but I’d be very willing to try this one.
Would it work with milk or is that weird? Milk chocolate is my jam.
I don’t really have a Halloween movie… I can’t even think of any LOL how bad is that!!!
Erin Notz says
Yes, you could absolutely do it with milk chocolate!! I was thinking of coming up with a regular (milk choc) hot chocolate recipe next, either pumpkin or peppermint. Since it’s November I guess I need to get on the holiday drinks trend already and maybe depart with the pumpkin til next year!
