Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (use dairy-free chips to make this completely vegan)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 oz Nutpods dairy-free creamer
  • pinch of salt
  • dairy-free whipped cream & pumpkin pie spice (optional: for topping)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Whisk regularly until ingredients are fully combined.
  • As soon as the mixture starts to boil (or slightly before), remove from heat and pour into a mug.
  • Optional: Top with dairy-free whipped cream & pumpkin pie spice!
