I’m not gonna lie… I’ve been in the fall spirit since July. I don’t know if it’s due to living in Florida and having crazy hot summers (wtf is “feels like 110”?!?)… Or just because fall is always the best season. But I wanted to break out the pumpkin as soon as August rolled around. So I decided to combine my 2 loves, pumpkin spice and iced coffee, to create this dairy-free pumpkin cold foam cold brew!
Pumpkin Cold Foam Cold Brew Recipe
This pumpkin cold foam cold brew is so easy to make and can be whipped up and ready to drink in under 5 minutes. Also, it’s wayyy cheaper than buying one of these types of drinks out at Starbucks or another coffee shop.
I’ve been obsessed with making cold foam cold brew recipes over the summer (vanilla + mocha) and figured I’d carry my obsession over to fall. So what better way to kick off the fall recipes than with a pumpkin coffee drink?!
It’s also completely dairy-free, so my lactose intolerant peeps can indulge too.
Let’s get into the recipe!
