1tspItalian seasoning(or you can use the basil, oregano, parsley combo)

1tbspunsalted butter
4-5slicesmozzarella or provolone cheese
Instructions
Mix up all top ingredients (besides chicken) in a large bowl.
Add in chicken and let marinade in the fridge for one hour. Flip/move around chicken half way through, to make sure it’s entirely covered.
Preheat oven to 450 F & spray a baking sheet/pan with cooking spray (or rub with olive oil).
Dice up avocados, red onion, & tomatoes and put in a bowl. Mix with Italian seasoning and salt & pepper to taste. Melt 1 tbsp of butter.
Once chicken is done marinading, place on prepped baking sheet. Rub both sides with the melted butter (or olive oil if you prefer). Drizzle a little extra of the marinade on top.
Bake for 15-18 minutes depending on thickness of chicken breasts. Check with a thermometer to make sure chicken is cooked through. Once chicken is cooked through, add cheese on top and broil for an additional 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted and gooey.
Remove from pan and plate. Add veggie mixture and extra balsamic if you’d like. Enjoy!
