Ingredients

  • Asian-style spicy peanut vinaigrette I got this at Trader Joe's but you can use any Asian-style dressing!
  • 1 bag Romaine
  • 1 bag Asian-style chopped salad kit (cabbage, celery, green onion, carrot)
  • 1 bag Sugar snap peas sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper chopped into thin pieces
  • 1 bag Baby Carrots chopped into thin pieces
  • ~2 lbs Chicken diced & cooked in olive oil, salt & pepper
  • Sliced almonds, wonton strips, sliced avocado (optional toppings)

Instructions

  • Dice your chicken and cook it on the stove, in olive oil, until cooked through. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Add the romaine & Asian-style salad kit (just the veggies) to a bowl. Top with sugar snap peas, bell pepper, carrots, and cooked chicken. Top with salad dressing, and optional toppings above!
