2egg yolks*for the vegan version - use 2 flax eggs (2.5 tbsp water + 1 tbsp flaxseed, per egg)*
1/2cupbutter (melted)(use dairy-free butter alternative for a non-dairy cookie)
ICING
3/4cupstore-bought cream cheese icing(make sure it’s a dairy-free icing if you want the fully dairy-free version!)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Add your dry ingredients (gluten-free flour, baking soda, salt) to a plate. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add your wet ingredients (vanilla, Nutpods Holiday nog, egg yolks, melted butter, sugar, brown sugar) and mix on medium until well combined.
Add in your dry ingredient mixture, slowly, mixing on low, until fully combined.
Scoop cookie dough onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool for 5-10 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a cooling rack, to cool completely.
Mix the vanilla icing & 1/8 cup of Holiday Nog together in a small bowl. Once the cookies are fully cooled, top with icing mixture & sprinkles!
