Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 medium bananas mashed
  • 2 tbsp Nutella + some for drizzle
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp hazelnut extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 3 fl oz oat milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350. Grease an 8x8 baking dish and set it aside. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Pour into the baking dish and gently press down with a spoon until even.
  • Bake in the oven for 22 minutes, or until slightly browned and no wet spots remain. Top with a drizzle of Nutella and fruit, if desired.
